A Message From Our Founder
COVID-19 FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS
Over the past 50 years of working in this industry, we’ve adjusted to overcome every obstacle along the way while continuing to serve cast and crews safe and healthy meals – and this pandemic is no different.
With the onset of COVID-19, how we operate in the workplace needs to change to ensure the utmost health and safety standards for Production crews and our catering staff. Our goal is to work together with Production and the Studios to come up with a safe plan to return to work. We will adhere to the joint report by the DGA, SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, and Teamsters along with the published AMPTP white pages to stay in line with Union and Producer’s health and safety requirements. In addition, my knowledge of and background in epidemiology (I received a Masters Degree in Epidemiology from the School of Public Health at UCLA) will help to put this plan to work.
During this fluid time, we are committed to working with each Production Company individually to come up with appropriate solutions to best move forward as new information arises. Our top priority is to operate with the utmost safety.
